4 must-see things to expect at AI Week 2026
The largest European event dedicated to artificial intelligence returns to Milan with speakers and companies from all over the world.
From May 20-22, 2026 Milan will host AI Week, Europe’s largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence. The 2026 edition will feature more than 700 speakers and more than 250 companies in the exhibition area, confirming it as a reference point for the world of innovation. In previous editions it has exceeded 17,000 participants in attendance, with an audience that continues to grow from year to year. An event that attracts companies and professionals interested in understanding how AI is entering work processes and offers a clear view of the transformations taking place.
But with such a rich agenda, where to start? Here is what we have selected:
1- Deepser’s participation.
This year we will be present at AI Week Milan as a sponsor and will take part in the event at several times. You will find us with a dedicated booth where you will be able to meet our team and see the platform up close, as well as discuss use cases related to artificial intelligence in business processes.
We will also be on stage with our CEO Serman Nerjaku, who will bring a talk dedicated to the impacts of artificial intelligence in organizational processes. During this time we will tell how automation can support service management and improve operational efficiency along with business management. If you are attending, please stop by and visit us. We will be happy to welcome you and discuss together!
2- The keynotes of the big names
One of the most anticipated moments of AI Week remains the main stage, where international speakers from technology companies and research centers alternate along with innovative companies.
Companies involved include names such as Google Cloud and AWS along with Cisco and Accenture in addition to PwC. Alongside these realities will be founders and leading figures from the tech world along with experts from international organizations and academia.
Following these talks provides an up-to-date view of how artificial intelligence is being developed and used within companies today, with examples coming from those who work on these technologies every day.
3- The exhibition area
AI Week hosts an exhibition area with hundreds of companies present, including technology companies and organizations working with artificial intelligence. Here you can come into direct contact with solutions and platforms already used in the market.
Visiting this area allows you to compare different tools and gather useful insights that you can apply in your own business context.
4- Networking
AI Week also represents a time for companies and professionals from different sectors to meet. During the event, opportunities are created for discussion between those who work with these technologies every day and those who are just beginning to introduce them into their processes.
Many of the most interesting conversations arise outside the sessions, between booths and informal moments, where it is possible to exchange experiences and make new contacts.
