ISO 27001 – Excellence in security

ISO 27001 is an international standard that guides organizations in the conscious management of security, with a strong focus on protecting information assets and preventing threats.

The certification also includes the ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 guidelines, which extend ISO 27001 controls to cloud environments. ISO 27017 covers the use and provision of cloud services, while ISO 27018 defines specific criteria for protecting the privacy of personal data processed in the cloud.

ACN QC2 – Cloud qualified for the Public Administration

ACN qualification is the prerequisite for providing cloud services to the Italian Public Administration. Level QC2, defined by ACN Regulation no. 21007 of 2024, covers services handling ordinary and critical data and services, with stricter requirements for data protection, incident management and operational continuity.

Deepser has obtained QC2 qualification for its SaaS service, valid for 36 months and subject to periodic checks by the Agency. For public bodies, this means adopting the platform in compliance with the rules on cloud for the Public Administration.

The same requirements verified for the public sector apply to the service used by all our clients: a level of security and continuity that does not depend on the type of organization.
