Yes. Dashboards and charts work directly on Deepser data, with no intermediate systems, so SLA compliance, backlog and workloads are always up to date.
Can I schedule automatic report delivery?
Yes. You can schedule reports to be sent to one or more recipients at the frequency you choose, in PDF, XLS or CSV.
Does the module also cover the CRM?
Yes. In addition to the six Service Management dashboards, there are three for the CRM: Pipeline & Forecast, Performance & Win/Loss and Customer & Business Mix Insights.
Is Deepser available in cloud and on premise?
